本文在總結(jié)分析了國內(nèi)外風(fēng)冷環(huán)境條件下保暖材料的保暖機(jī)理及材料特性后，提出了采用羽絨纖維與ptfe膜復(fù)合加工高保暖性材料的設(shè)計(jì)思路。對ptfe膜、 pu膜及ptfe pu膜的透濕性進(jìn)行了比較；探討分析了羽絨纖維的結(jié)構(gòu)及成氈機(jī)理；對暖體假人進(jìn)行了模擬風(fēng)冷實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析總結(jié)了不同的材料、不同的羽絨含量對保暖絮氈保暖性的影響程度；在風(fēng)冷環(huán)境下，比較了風(fēng)速對有ptfe膜絮氈及無ptfe膜絮氈保暖性的影響。
